Charlotte Damron

Charlotte Damron is principal of Damron Associates, Inc.  She has 20+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, change management and succession planning.  She recently retired from Kraft Foods as vice president, human resources in that capacity.  Her early experiences were in retail operations including director of advertising, Jewel Foods.

Charlotte currently serves as a Governing Board member and is a former UCAN chair.  She is vice president of Lincoln Park Village, a new non profit organization providing resources and services to enable people to stay in their homes as they age.  Additionally, Charlotte is vice president, St. Pauls church in Lincoln Park.

Charlotte holds a BA in English, from the University of Cincinnati, an MSc. Sociology from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.  Charlotte and her husband Larry, a health care financial executive, have lived in Chicago since 1979.
