Agency Assessment
We believe obtaining open and honest feedback directly from our employees is essential to furthering our agency towards cultural proficiency. First initiated by the Diversity Committee in 2005, the Agency Assessment gauged how employees view diversity issues within UCAN. Subsequent surveys have been executed in 2007 and 2010, and the results have shaped and continue to shape UCAN's Diversity and Inclusion Journey.
