Kevin B. Hynes

Kevin B. Hynes is a partner in the law firm of O'Keefe, Lyons & Hynes. Kevin concentrates his practice in environmental law, litigation, state and local taxation and government relations. Kevin served as a trial attorney with both the Illinois Attorney General's Environmental Bureau and the Environmental Enforcement Section of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin practiced for five years with Schiff Hardin 's national environmental practice group, and served as assistant legal counsel on environmental and revenue issues to Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan.
