Marjory Gustke Kostoglanis, LCSW, SPHR

Vice President, Human Resources

After working at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois, Marjory Gustke Kostoglanis joined UCAN in 1993 as part of the Foster Care Pogram.  Marjory spent six years here, most of which was in the role of Specialized Foster Care Director.  She moved to UCAN's Human Resources department in 1999, and was promoted to the Vice President position in 2007.

Marjory received both her BA and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Michigan, and later returned to school to earn a Master of Science in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago.  Her professional certifications include being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Marjory and her team utilize Human Resource strategies and expertise to develop and support UCAN employees in fulfilling the mission of UCAN.  Marjory has two stepdaughters and one daughter. She is also an active member of her UCC church.
