Nacole Milbrook

Vice President, Clinical Services
Nacole Milbrook currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Services for UCAN. As part of our Senior Leadership Team, she strategically develops, manages, and evaluates multiple clinical service departments within UCAN, including our Teen Parenting Service Network, Clinical and Counseling Services, and U-LEAD Youth Development and Violence Prevention Services. Nacole leads program services and staff to ensure that best practice standards are met in order to deliver quality services to clients that are clinically appropriate and culturally proficient.
Nacole's past experience includes time at Our Children's Homestead as both a Therapist and Director of Foster Care, the YWCA as a part-time Therapist, and Mooseheart Child City as Clinical Services Coordinator, Clinical Services Counselor and Community Consultant. Nacole also brings many years of clinical and teaching/training experience to UCAN. She received her Bachelor of Science from Western Illinois University in Psychology with a minor in African-American Studies, as well as her Master's degree of Science in Counseling. Nacole is also a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She is currently enrolled in the Adler School of Professional Psychology, seeking her professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Her dissertation topic is "Factors contributing to subsequent pregnancies among teen parents in child welfare." Her anticipated graduation date is October 2012.
