This project was made possible by a generous grant from First Nonprofit Foundation.
Fostering Hope: Preventing Teen Pregnancy Among Youth in Foster Care. Written by UCAN in collaboration with the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy. This report combines existing research with new qualitative research on foster care youth, foster parents, and child welfare providers as well as advice from child welfare and teen pregnancy prevention professionals in Chicago and the District of Columbia. As such, it provides an unusually complete picture of teen pregnancy in the world of foster care youth.
UCAN 2012 Diversity & Inclusion Report: Moving Forward, Together: Written by UCAN, this report outlines UCAN's commitment to diversity and inclusion when it comes to building a business diversity model, nurturing our workforce, and delivering culturally proficient services to our predominantly minority based clientele. Under the guidance of our Governing Board and Senior Leadership Team, UCAN aims to set the standard for the non-profit industry when it comes to Diversity & Inclusion standards.
