Clinical & Counseling Services

CCSClinical & Counseling Services (CCS) provides outpatient therapy to people who have experienced trauma.  Working with youth, adults and families in a variety of settings, CCS is prepared to help clients address complex issues including abuse, neglect, separation & loss and domestic violence.  We create individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of our clients.

Our core services include:

  • Family Separation / Disruption:  Specialized therapy services to individuals and families affected by the trauma of separation and loss (i.e. loss of custody, death of a parent or child, divorce).
  • Family / Community Violence:  Individual, group, couples and family therapy to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Sexual Abuse:  Intervention, education and support to people who have suffered sexual abuse, to other family members impacted by the abuse, and to those who have committed sexual abuse.
  • Angel Corps:  Assistance for victims of violence as they and their families deal with the effects of trauma.

A variety of payment options are available for this program. Limited financial assistance is available for those who qualify.  UCAN will help you apply for funding through the Crime Victims Compensation Program of the Attorney General's office if you are eligible.  In-home counseling is also available on a limited basis to eligible families.
