UCAN's Employee Benefits include:

  • Competitive Compensation - The experience employees bring to UCAN is valued. Our compensation is very competitive with other quality not-for-profit organizations like ours.
  • Medical Insurance - We offer three Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO health plans at varying coverage and provide employees with all the information needed to make the right medical insurance choices. This includes a prescription plan with a mail order option. In these times of ever-increasing health care costs, UCAN continues to cover the majority of the insurance premium.
